CUSTOM DRONE TRAILERS

A huge thank you to Aerial Agritech for trusting us to design and build a drone trailer that truly reflects their commitment to professionalism, safety, and operational efficiency.

This isn't your typical cookie-cutter drone nurse trailer. Every detail was purpose-built for real-world aerial application operations, including:

• Heavy-duty I-beam construction
• Dual 12,000-pound axles
• Dual-powered lift jacks for fast, effortless setup and teardown
• Spring-loaded, deployable 6-foot upper-deck extensions that provide additional workspace in the field while saving nearly 12 feet of valuable storage space when parked inside a shop
• Integrated runoff containment and official mixing pads built directly into the upper deck extensions
• Dual cone-bottom mix tanks for efficient mixing and complete cleanout
• Product induction system with integrated flow meter and bottle cleanout system for accurate mixing, efficient product handling, and proper container rinsing
• Dedicated emergency shower system completely separate from the mixing system for enhanced operator safety
• Security panels on both sides of the trailer
• Open wells designed to accommodate product totes and Pro Boxes
• High-efficiency layout engineered to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

We spent the day at Pagel's Ponderosa Dairy, LLC, helping out with their Boot Camp Event. There's nothing quite like the sound of laughter in the fields and watching the next generation of farmers, veterinarians, or future drone pilots evolve. Seeing the excitement in their faces was unforgettable as the drone lifted off the ground. The future of farming is bright, and it's being built right in our own backyard.

Our Sales Manager was in the studio today helping spread the word about heavyweight application drone technology. Whether it's spraying, spreading, training, or support, Adam's always ready to talk drones... and now Wisconsin gets to hear about it on the radio, too.
